Robustly designed spit roaster fully constructed in 443 grade stainless steel, ideal for large gatherings and events. The 240V rotisserie motor is rated to turn 70kg, suitable for large cuts of meat. The heavy duty stainless steel shaft has two prongs, a neck brace, front leg brace, rear leg brace and rotisserie brackets. Chicken rotisserie racks are included, allowing 24 chickens to be cooked at any time. To cook and serve vegetables or small amounts of meat, four stainless steel dishes are included. Temperature accuracy is ensured with the easy-to-read side mounted gauge. The height adjustable rotisserie brackets also assist with temperature control. The double skinned stainless steel hood provides maximum heat retention and acts as a windshield. Stainless steel burners, lit by electronic ignition, and flame tamers improve heat distribution while reducing cold spots and flare-ups. Easy to move with 2 heavy duty wheels and 2 lockable castors which provide added safety while stationary.
